What tire would you choose for 18x10.5+22 ?? I know I will need to roll my fenders but I dont wanna go camber too much . Can 275/35r18 be good ?

That will be a stretch on a 10.5 rim, if you aren't going for that look you need to size up. For a 10.5 I'd personally run a 295
