      That looks like a sick set up if only I had that kind of money . As for my 6000 budget that's just to cover the internals to get it running again

        $6k is enough to get you buttoned up and running again. 600 fwhp is more than achievable with the turbos you have on meth injection, 600whp will be in reach on meth and race fuel. They move enough air to make that power but it's hot air, the meth and race fuel will make you able to run the ignition timing to make the power. The Djetro will really help with that as well.

          Twins do suck. Ill stand too that statement all day. When your going for 600 plus twins have retarded lag. And meth is scary no matter what setup its in. NEVER use meth as a sole purpose to lower your knock to safe levels. If your system fails, boom youve lost your 6000 dollar build. I will never use meth the way i did on my motor. I was lucky not to have it blow up.

            Okay thanks guys and good info on the water meth never thought about if it failed . And it looks like I'm starting to buy parts tonight thanks all . If there's any suggestions on cost effective turbos maybe even turbo let me know I might just bump up the budget a bit lol

              I'm in the process of building my rb26 with 550hp goal as well amd will be using the AEM water meth kit with progressive controller and boost safe.
              So far this is my list.
              Tomei type B cams
              Supertech single spring kit, bronze guides seals
              3angle valve job and stage 1 port
              Tomei 1.5 restrictor
              Greddy 1.2 HG and timing belt
              Arp head and main studs
              Je 8:3:1 87mm pistons
              Eagle rods
              Balanced crank, acl bearings, raw brokerage crank collar.
              N1 oi pump
              Raw brokerage twin scroll manifold, dual tial mvs 38mm
              Act n013x pressure plate and 6 puck sprung clutch
              1000cc ID injectors
              Haltech plug in ecu

              As for turbo swap came with a t04z t4 twin scroll .83 but def would like to get a precision 6262 t4 .83 twin scroll turbo.

                  Meh, they're rated at 450 each but they don't make 2x the power. The turbo kit was more than 6k though...

                  Ill be happy to run low 11s but its a road course car.

                  Haha, well at least your car runs, even if its a stock bottomed with a dinosaur turbo, its proven over so many times. Worst thing I ever did was modify the engine (by a professional shop). Pics!!!!

                            I forgot about this thread...lol.

                            Here is some big-ass, dinosaur turbo goodness.


                            You can see the size of the turbine housing, barely any room between the housing and the valve cover.....


                            The down-pipe is 3.5" and the rest is 4" with a 1.75" by-pass...no muffs, just a valve that shuts off the 4" and forces everything through the 1.75".....works awesome.




                            As far as I know the bottom end is stock, but I have my suspicions that it's got at least pistons. Cams are tiny HKSs but I have the lobe separation tightened up a bit and the whole timing event advanced about 2deg. That gave me a touch more top end and boost comes in a touch sooner....about 4000 for .8 bar, 4500 for 1 bar and 5200 for 1.5 bar. With the bypass opened up I make about 450whp at .8 bar and tickle 700whp at 1.5 bar. I run high 10s at only 1.2 bar.
