Need a couple questions answered please

Hey guys! Have a couple questions that I need answered.

Just got my motor rebuilt since piston 6 had a chunk missing, 5 and 2 had bad rings. Anyways I pulled it out with the transmission attached. Is there anyway that the gear oil could have leaked out of the transmission if I pulled it out as one whole unit? The reason I'm asking is because the previous owner on Japan sealed the fill plug into the transmission making it impossible to get it out.

I know the front and rear cases for the AWD system drained so I refilled them already. I'm just worried about the tranny, last thing I want is my tranny blowing up on me.

Also I'm having issues putting the power steering pump back on can anybody explain or have a diagram on how it mounts back to the motor?

I'm sure there's a few more questions I have but those are the main ones. Been working on it all day time to get some sleep. Thanks in advance for the help.

The power steering pump bolts to the bracket. The bracket bolts to the block it has 3 bolts. then the power steering pump has one long bolt and a spacer that bolts to the bracket. then the two banjo bolts go ontop on the pump and the tensioner is pretty straight forward

So why or how is this plug sealed in there? Doesn't really make sense, if you can't add oil, you can't check to see if it's full, I'd get that plug outta there, or get a different tranny

I know I can't check to see if it's full, im gonna take heat to it and try it again. The owner in Japan must have sealed it like every other fill plug in this thing. The answer isn't a different tranny lol that's just silly.

lmao. it's not sealed unless it's welded. You can pull and engine, you can pull a plug.

Hint:

torch and a few hard hits will get it free.

Hope your engine skills are better than your plug removal

Lol, was just trying to figure out what u meant by sealed, Idk, I've never had a problem with those plugs,

Use a bigger breaker bar.

You're a genius why didn't I think of that?! Oh yeah I already did... It's not coming out. If you seen it and tried yourself I guarantee you'd have a different opinion. I posted to see if anybody had this kind of issue before or helpful advice

I had the same issues as you with 3 plugs. taking a 1/2 extension and a hammer, hitting into it hard (when heated) broke it free and it came out.
The other 1 was drilled and easy'd out because it was fused somehow. So maybe drill it out and get a new one.
