No kidding! not a bad way to spend a few Gs that's for sure! Tomei pump there in the corner? What's the rods/piston combo?

Why these parts now that your engine is in? Coming out again?
          No build thread.

yeaaaah it helps to have friends that are Tomei dealers. haha

im running Tomei rods with custom Endyn Rollerwave pistons to go with the CNC ported head and custom combustion chamber

it was just stock internals in the motor before

the catch can will probably be the very last thing that i do, after i finish the motor and put it back in, but basically im just gonna put it where the giant ABS actuator used to be.

sure is! definitely wouldnt have gone with tomei otherwise, oh and.. Tomei is also the North American distributor for Nismo, so the same discount applies to Nismo stuff too, hence the clutch and stuff

                        • okay small update:

go the block back from the machine shop, painted it yesterday, went through all the main/head stud holes with a tap to clean up the threads, i forgot to bring my camera to the shop so i didnt take any pics..

just about to sent the crank/pistons/rings/bearings to get WPC treated

head should be back from CNC porting this week

and started work on my new subframe, sanded it down and primed it today, can anyone of you eagled eye'd bastards spot the difference between this one and a regular gtr subframe?
