The side skirts are wet sanded and need a cut polish before going on, but I got some new parts in the mail.
3.2L surge tank for my upcoming fuel setup, some 1/0awg, 4awg kicker wire and a circuit breaker for the battery relocation, and lastly some dealer option rear mud guards from feast (upon test fitting it need some modification to fit)
Went in for a couple good looks at the parts and the mid skirts and rear skirts need another layer of clear. Too much orange peel for buffing. So back to prepping them for another clear.
So I decided I needed to grow a pair of balls and just paint the parts myself even though the doctor told me to keep it wrapped up and not to use it.
(Here's a picture of my hand all stitched up, I think its cool WARNING: don't look at it if you don't like stitches)
Anyways after a good prep and clean, not to mention my garage covered with hanging parts, here's the parts drying.
Turned the heater up high so hopefully it'll be good to be thrown back on tomorrow. Just got to find some new trim clips that fit which is proving difficult.
Newb question, how much were the Cusco sway bars? FRsport has them listed for over $330 each :/
I think I paid around $300ea.i would suggest ordering from feast. I got a quote for just under $700 shipped but I decided to buy from the states. I saved about $50 but had to wait about 3 months to receive them where from adam I would have gotten them within a few weeks.
This build is an inspiration...mark my words, I will attempt to rival this to become the cleanest car in Canada! it will be incredibly hard to beat you on it though.
Very nice work and again I'll hope to scoop the AC from you soon.
Unfortunately, there are quite a few "cleanest" and sick cars around so it'll be expensive to do lol. I gave up trying to have a clean car as there was always someone with more shiny parts haha
