Thx for the insight. I'll give it a try, although I'm a bit annoyed that the solenoid would be so fussy. If I take the car out in near-freezing weather or plus 30, a decent should regulate at the same pressure. I doubt mine will, even if I relocate the solenoid.... We'll see!

well car is at the shop instaling most of the parts. Only thing i havent put in are the head bolts and gasket as i am trying to decide on cams and cam gears. Will update with some pics when they become available!
