90 GTR build: Almost parts to a keeper

I have launch control set up on the ViPec set around 4800 which is way to low. I am using a nimso twin plate and stock trans. The trans is a little clunky but oh well. I think I could get low 11's or high 10's if I had the right launch. Just need to work on it. Your car should be the same.

I can't wait to get to the track again hopefully next firday.

Yea pretty much the same, I'm leaving the line about 46-4900rpm and 12psi it launches pretty effin hard it scares me every time. I'm running a os twin and stock gearbox for now and all the syncros hate me haha

hi mate !! i have a similar setup
but heres are my number

502 whp @ 18.5 psi (7000 rpm)
410 wtorke @ 4400 rpm

and i ran

11,9 @ 116 mhp wit a 1.6 sec 60 feet and trapped lower mph then u i dont get it ?

@ 430hp in my car I was launching around 6000rpm and on crappy tires 60ft was 1.8 and I managed an 11.80 @122 mph......

totally irelivent but i went to the drag track on saturday..and the car laid down a 13.86 on 1/4 mile at 106mph..its a GTST and only made 251whp at 12psi..so its not that bad..sorry to thread jack.lol

i love drag racing. its the only racing ive ever done no track days or auto x. down here we have mission street legals every friday night. its bout 200 cars give or take every friday and just a blast! blew up a few motors at the track in my hondas but none the less still fun!

Well small update. The car is now at Fastest lap Motorsport getting all the parts put on plus my new Tomei exhaust and my Tomei gauge cluster. Will post up updates as things happen.

Well the results are in from the dyno. The car made 608whp and 490ft/lbs of torque. I am pretty happy with that in the end. Still need to clean a few things up but thats about it.

May need to look for some bigger turbos or race gas for the next tune.
