Not sure on the offset and width but I know they are 15's.

Love the stance and stretched rubber.

Update on the body work. Trunk lip was remade in bondo in certain spots where the rust had eaten it away.

Brinkworth got to work and cut away existing rust and made new sheet metal where necessary.

Trunk before hand surface rust everywhere

Got rid of the rust and coated

    Interior before

    Interior after

Wheel arches coated in the same coating too

To fit the coil overs to the rear we'll have to make adapters. Brinkworth fabbing some up.

    Old rear set out.

New ones in and Drums refreshed. Looking pimp!!!

Like i mentioned before the fronts are way more complicated to fit. we had basically two options, butcher the front coilovers and weld them in. Didn't really feel like potentially brand new $2000 coilovers lol so we went with option 2. Getting s13 control arms and spindles and modding them to fit.

We had to extend the s13 control arms and make them a bit of conbination of c210 and s13 control arms to make them fit.

Painted up and ready to go in

Had to fab some bushings as we couldn't find c210 bushings. Brinkworth found out that 80's VW Golf bushing fit with a little bit of tapering.

Fronts all in and looking good,

He even found cavalier sway bar bushings that will be a good replacement for the skyline ones! genius!

Thats pretty much for now. more interior updates coming by the end of the week

I was thinking bout it, I have the rear s13 calipers too. Much not that much room in the budget at the moment. When i increase the hp under the hood I'll be doing the rear brake upgrade for sure at that point.

          love this magyver style build.
looks like you found your self an A+ shop there.
have you picked out a carpet? are your front and rear seats going to be colour matched?
going to do any engine or exhaust work or is it just a refurbish this time around?
Real Skyline owners have lost at least one to a freakish accident (*- ω -) = #dungive'a

Yeah the shop is awesome, he texts me updates all the time which is cool doesn't leave me wondering lol

I got some new carpet from Austrailia, the whole interior is gonna change from grey to black.

Front and rear seats will be leather with black suede inserts and recaro embroidery. Dash will be leather with skyline embroidery and the car will be fitted with a suede headliner too.

Engine and exhaust will wait till next year or so. this time around just a refurb so its a comfortable daily driver. Engine is sound right now anyway and I'm unsure on what route i want to take with the power plant, either stick to the L series motor or go RB

                        Sexay!!!!

BTW moved to GTR-build thread. This car doesn't quite fall into any of our categories so I've made it an honorary GTR (or just drop in an RB26)

SWEET! lol easy (and cheap) way to make it a GTR. RB26 is in the plans for about a year or so. already gone a few thousand over budget with what I've done lol

Revscene? I dont remember posting on there do you have the link? Keeping the longchamps for sure!!!

I went to go check on the car in person at Brinkworth Customs, here's the updated pics.

I was very impressed with the interior. couldn't ask for more here

bolt pattern conversion caps for the rear coilovers machined up and looking sweet!!!

                            Custom made braided brake lines

Rear end pretty much complete, now just need to slip in the coilover and all done!

Only thing left for the front is the steering linkages need to be extended then the front is done!

Shortened some universal sway bar bushing and they are a perfect fit

Wheel well had some serious rust before now it looks like new!!

Hey guys sorry for no updates. Been super busy pouring all the time and effort into the car and forgot to update. Whats even worse is I lost majority of pics when I lost my phone!!!

Got the car back from Brinkworth all rust taken care of and car looked mint.

The car is almost there. Dash is now wrapped in leather and back in. Carpets are going in and so are the seats.

Seats were all recovered in leather suede.

                              update more soon.

bee quite mat lined the whole car

                              rear seats

                              front seats
