So car got the green light from Takeda in Richmond and is fully legal and insured on the roads finally.

Now getting some Kms under her I noticed the steering has a lot of play. The car goes off course and you dont feel much un the wheel. Brinkworth said it could be the center link that is worn and needs repair/replacement.

Anyone know of a good shop that can fix up the steering??

Pictures of the car out and about finally.

        great to see some updates,
        INTERIOR SHOTS!
needs lower or larger diameter wheels for those fenders.
Real Skyline owners have lost at least one to a freakish accident (*- ω -) = #dungive'a

I would love to put it lower but as it is it scrapes everyehere, for daily driver its gotta be that height. larger wheels are on the shopping list.

i'm putting the interior in next week i'll post up pics as soon as

Nice man, loving the classic vibe, you should come to the Langley Cruise-in this year (2nd weekend in Sept.)

Those old tires and pos. offset wheels might be alot of your wandering issues. Checking for play in the centerlink is pretty easy to do, just go under the car and have someone saw the wheel back and forth about a 16th of a turn. Put your hand on evey link and feel for clunking. If anything is sloppy it will be painfully obvious.

Had some time this weekend to put the back seats in and cover the remaining grey plactic with black suede.

Covering in suede is super easy you just to take you time and be VERY careful. When you lay the suede on go from one corner at and work your way across the plastic. It takes time to get a good finsih but its so worth it in the end.

Before - Make sure you buy automotive grade suede.

                              During

The finished look - The back seat looks so nice I wanna sit back there lol

Now i need to change the belt fabric over to black and tidy up the dash area.
