manifold rebuild first step...cut the old t3 flange off, replace with t4, then lower it 40mm


then mock up the twin outlets


then mock up the new WG

not much of an update
but a few pictures.....as u can see...with the 6 boost manifold...the turbo is sitting way too high, and it's gonna stick out the hood, and i dont like that, so tommy at evolution auto performance gonna chop it apart and rebuild it !!....more coming soon......plan is that twin scroll, twin Tial MVR purple wastegate vented out the hood !

Isn't that external pickup a little high on the pan? Also, have you considered removing the paint on the head where the exhaust manifold gasket goes?

Just wanted to chime in and say that 1. very nice engine and attention to detail 2. Boss wheels on the GTR!

boss wheels...they are rare because no one wants them hahah ...these are mazda speed 3pc wheels...super rare, light...but butt ugly....but thanks to my buddy i was able to use it for the last two yrs when my car is sitting

regardless. i paid close to the same for my machining with no port whats so ever. not going to get into it but the "benefits" from porting are still questionable. for a true bench tested port and polish you should be looking at ~3k

yeah building head is expensive !!!...it's all labor intensive thats why.
i am not too worry about flow numbers....i am just looking for something reliable.
