Alright Ill get you some pictures and measurements when i get a chance. Id consult some of the build threads I think PHASTWON or the other mnp r33 build since my relocation has the filter by the battery and makes a mess during oil changes. In the build threads I saw the relocation plate mounted underneath which i think is a better location.1991 Nissan Skyline R32 GT-R: 710whp 521 ft/lbs 27.5psi 11.8 @126mph low boost

Hey Jon while you are at it can you snap couple of pics of the engine bay!?) And is there any chance you can post pics of how you did your rear seat/interior area, i can only see one cover but im thinking to do the same thing, remove rear seat put some kind of flat upholstery in there.
EDIT: Also, any down side of having oil cooler rad being mounted behind fat intercooler?Last edited by tryingtobebest; 01-30-2013, 04:03 PM.TTBB is a true ACN member

Wow alot to cover in one post lol. Ill start with an update! Bumpers are being painted!
Second: I have posted a picture of the engine bay before. it is by far the messiest part of my car. It needs alot of love mostly to clean up the wiring which I am too lazy to do. The covers I had powdercoated "pornstar black" its black with rainbow flake. Without direct light on it, it appears just black but with direct light on it you see the flake. You either love it or hate it. I personally like the uniqueness of it so i went with it.
Third: The interior. Okay well there were a few reasons for stripping the rear interior. Weight being the least of those worries. Anyone that strips the interior for weight is crazy. Its what a maybe combined 20-30lbs? Not worth it at all. The more pressing concerns were getting proper mounting for my harnesses. I didnt want to ghetto honda rig the harnesses so I needed to pull the rear seats to get proper mounting locations for the eye bolts. Also a 6 point NHRA approved roll bar will be installed this winter so interior was not able to be retained. My gtr didnt have the factory "firewall" behind the rear seats that I see some do. So instead of having a gaping hole in between my cabin and my trunk (where my external fuel set up is, a1000 swirl pot etc...) I decided to make an aluminum firewall. My buddys friend owns a sheet metal shop so he let me cut my own piece out of scrap. I really wish I did a better mock up to begin with so it didnt come out so haggard but it gets the job done. This was also needed to track as no track will let you run without a firewall separating cabin and trunk. Here is a pic during the mock up while i was still removing sound deadening material so excuse the mess.
Lastly yes the oil cooler could be mounted behind my intercooler especially since I removed the A/C but with the existing set up in place my oil temps stay cool (tomei oil pump, and trust sump extension) and since it is a trust kit i didnt not want to mess with success.1991 Nissan Skyline R32 GT-R: 710whp 521 ft/lbs 27.5psi 11.8 @126mph low boost

Could you or your friend fab a filter pod box for me?
And for the interior, I doubt it's even 10lbs, the seats are literally just foam and fabric, no frame. And I see your GTR was silver once? Huh.
As for your valve covers, you're making enough power to justify some more crazy features lol1992 BNR32 SKYLINE GTR

With the interior i mean the seats, seat belts, pannels, rear speakers and sound deadening being 20-30lbs if that. The seats alone arent 10lbs lol.
