    With the summer coming to an end, I can say that I really enjoyed my car, going to meet, strip, going to my campground...what a nice summer!

    Even after 3 years, when I come back home by night I always sit in the front of my driveway and look at her for 1 minute.

      New updates.

      I got a great deal on 2 ultra mint Bride Brix II seats so I sold my Recaro's to a friend of mine with an MK3 1JZ Supra. I always loved Bride seats, I sold the ones that I had before my Recaro's because they where dark bblue and I hate those old blue Bride's.

      so

      out with the old;

      in with the new;

      Also, one of my rear coilover was making a strange sound, probably a strut mount front. So I bought those rear Tein driving master type HA from a friend and wow, that suspension is in really good shape, stiff and smooth at the same time. No more knocking sound.

      I bought to the same friend a Nardi steering Wheel, the center horn was missing so I just inserted my Key!s one from my old steering, a real Nardi one has been ordered since then.

      Random snap of my engine with my friend GTT in background.

                  Thank you man!

                  So, after selling my factory projector headlights, I bought some N1's. I always prefered their look. I also bought new grill brackets at nissan dealership, pretty cheap, 20$ each side (26092-05U15 - 26042-05U15).

                  Chipped factory paint

                  Removed the old paint

                  Prep for paint

                  voila!

                      small updates

                      Last week, I was looking for an old school electronic boost controller, got my hands on a HKS EVC3, old school look as I wanted, simple and efficient. Perfect for my needs.

                      Quick refresh of the solenoid

                      Ready for installation

                      Final emplacement with my defi control unit

                      Next project was to make a floor in my trunk, I had the mat but no rigid ''floor'' between him and the spare tire.

                      I bought a masonite sheet and glued the mat on it. Then, I just had to cut around it and put some pieces of velcroc to avoid vibration, voila!

                      I teinted the mat and I love the result, I'll probably do the rest of the trunk panels and maybe all my floor mats.

                      Final result

                            Those are certainly good quality gauges but expensive. I'm pretty sure other brands also makes good product for cheaper.

                              I'll not be home for a few months so here's some things i've done before leaving.

                              Made a 2WD\4WD switch. Simple, cheap and no need to cut factory wiring.

                              Finally started the installation of my genuine Nismo side pods. I had to cut my factory side skirts.
                              Easy job but I had to take my time to cut the side skirts the perfect lenght to sit flush. Still have
                              some work to do.

                              Got that guenuine Greddy oil cap, I can finally throw my Nismo rep in the garbage.

                              Bought a left side corner light as the one I had on my car had a broken/fixed bracket and it was annoying me.

                              Old one;

                              "New" one;

                              all done;

                              Copped a Personal Grinta steering wheel for dirt cheap, as a side project I will restore it like I did with my Key!s one.

                              Bought a NRG slim carbon quick release for the wow-fanboy-racekar-trackready-jdm-yo! factor, such racing, much jdm. Not received it yet
