I doubt there is that much of a differance unless I was trying to squeeze every horse power out of the turbo's.They were sitting around for a LONG time while I was waiting for the engine and I was bored.When I turn up the boost to 1.1 bar it might have a little differance.All I did was use a dremal type bit and take off the lip.

I'm in the same situation, it will be a while before I go to re-install the manifolds. And I was also thinking the same thing when I looked at the manifolds. I think I'll do it anyway....

How was this done? And was/is it worth the effort? The rebuild looks really good though, I agree, the silver is a nice touch!!

No plastic pallet....It came on a wooden pallet.I thought the plastic pallets were illegal????Hmmmmm Must be an error with the shipper :? I hope nobody gets a plastic pallet by mistake and holds up there car parts from Japan :?

Most wooden pallets are illegal from other countries (except United States) unless they've gone through proper fumigation methods. As far as I know, all plastic crates/pallets/skids are legal.

Ahhhh, that explains it........ how do they spool? I see you're still using the .48 exhaust housings. I've got Nismo turbos with the .64 housings wheezing through a stock exhaust right now, talk about lag! I was supposed to receive my Kakimoto Racing N1 3.5" SS exhaust today, but somebody at the container place stole it out of the car it was in, so if anyone comes across one for sale, let me know, it's probably mine.
