Holes filled on the driver side, just need to use a soft pad and blend them smooth. Also started stitch welding. Three more hours should finish it up

I neutered my PS pump, I just have to block the hole now where the old hose was.

so you arent planning to mount anything on your fenders? welded up all the bolt holes. clean as hell if you can pull it off. just seems like a tough task.

Hey there nice build thread! I just did the hicas removal yesterday as well but when i took the rear off the ps pump i removed the whole round impeller with the removable fins... i havent reinstalled everything around the ps pump yet so if i did it wrong i can still get at it to change what i did could you let me know if its ok the way i left it?

Not mounting anything on the fenders, I will make some braces for the fender and spot weld more some seams while I'm in there for sh#ts and gigs

As far as I know you just remove the fins.

Made a tool box and grinder stand to free up some room on my work bench.

Started on the exhaust now, 304 stainless reducer into 4" .050" wall 321 stainless downpipe.

I removed the pie cut I had tacked in before and added part of an mandrel bend instead for shits and gigs, down she goes!

Nothing exciting for the build today, just painted the power steering pump black to clean it up so the visual focus would be on the engine.
