I just check my ecu for fault codes today and it came up with 55
but im just wondering i havent had the car started for about 2 weeks now as it went into hibernation a bit early this year, do you think that has anything to do with it? Is it an accurate reading or should i run the car then take the codes?

im pretty sure it wouldnt show it through a fault code but im not boosting to 1 bar and the boost restrictor is removed as well as my boost controller is set to a full bar i get close to .75 bar but im thinking this could be the result of a boost leak somewhere. Also i was just wondering because it appers one of the cords on the ecu isnt connected to anything, ill try and take a pic and show you what i mean but other than that the car is running fine.

This may not help you at all, but just as an FYI, in regards to your boost-
Did you up the duty cycle on the controller as well, or did you just set max boost on it? You will need to up the cuty cycle to raise boost if your not reaching your target boost.R32 GTR FULL SERVICE MANUAL DOWNLOAD:

Stock R32GTR ECU controls boost level. If stock ECU detects knock (very accurate at detecting knock), stock R32GTR ECU will switch to knock maps, which includes a knock boost duty map that drops the boost level. If your running low octane gas, stock ECU will detect knock, switch to knock maps to protect engine.RESPONSE MONSTER

stock ecu has nothing to do with boost controlling and it will certainly not reduce boost when the knock sensors start going.Originally posted by Skym View PostStock R32GTR ECU controls boost level. well im running shell 94 octane and the car itself has about 79000kms and runs great to me i dont think thats the issue i have a feeling it has something to do with the boost controller itself ive been playing around with it but havent come up with too much i do have aftermarket bov's if that plays a role but the car wont be started it next year so i cant check for boost leaks
