  • no voltage at injector

my car is running on only 5 cylinders. #3 injector is not functioning. I swapped coilpacks and it stayed at #3. I've swapped injectors and it stays at #3. I tested the voltage at the plug and it was almost nothing, 0.12 or 0.13. tested #2 plug and it was 13.5. I have no idea what to do now. anyone have an idea?

I've got a spare wiring harness and ignitor you can swap in to see if one of those parts are goofed.

Are you talking about the coilpack harness? there's nothing wrong with my coilpacks. the injector is not getting any voltage.

Yeah, sorry for the false hope... You wrote injector, but my brain was on ignition.
GL - hope you sort it!

try checking the ground, use your multimeater on a good positive source, then check the ground, you may have a corrosion issue, the power on #1-3 is a common source, thats why i mention to check your ground, if you have power at 1 and 2 you should have it at 3.

#3 injector signal wire from the Ecu was broken somewhere, ran another along side the harness. firing great now.

Glad to see you got it fixed quickly. How did you find the bad wire?
