Thanks for the input so far guys. As far as the exhaust wheel comment, I was exaggerating the situation. I'm pretty sure one of the turbos has been gone since I bought the car. My boost gauge has never read more than just above half way between 0 and +7. I'm not sure what it is supposed to read. As well whenever I changed my air filters, one is always much cleaner than the other.
For as long as I have owned the car I've only hit the rev limiter once, and that was unintentional. I do my best to be easy on the car, I just want some nice pulling power so I can rightfully put my buddies WRX in its place.
To be honest, anything close to 400hp would make me very happy. As for the clutch, I am prepared to replace that when it goes. I think my major concern is selecting the correct turbos for my application, and to find a reputable shop in or around the GTA that's not going to take my first born.. But don't get me wrong I'm willing to spend good money for good work.

Ok if you are looking for quality work go to right drive. I will go there for all my stuff once my car is on the road which will be very soon. Nkw as for turboes I would be looking for a set of r34 n1 turboes. Make great power, they are cost efficient and if one blows they aren't hard to replace with a new one.

That's where I was taking it up until last summer. I was having hesitation and sputtering issues, they changed one of the MAFs problem came back after a few days, and I was basically told it was due to tired turbos. When I pulled it out this year I was fed up. Ended up fixing it myself , It was a cold solder joint on the other MAF. The whole situation left a bad taste in my mouth. But now given the fact that the turbos are gone, I can't really hold a grudge, as we all know, those types of issues can be hard to diagnose.
        Any other suggestions?

Sputtering? No boost? Could be in limp mode. My ignitor **** the bed and acted like that.

Is the head gasket + studs required to run N1's? I am thinking of upgrading to N1's someday haha...

Resoldering the contact points on the MAFS solved my hesitation and sputtering. This is different. Apart from having no boost, the car runs fine. Is the boost electronically controlled? Is there more than one level of limp mode?, because I am able to rev beyond 3000 rpm. Before I fixed the MAF issue, when the car would go into limp mode it would prevent me from going over 3000rpm, and felt like someone was tap dancing on the throttle.

Definitely blown turbos - I had the same thing like a month ago - Getting my GT2860r-7's on as we speak - my mechanic said he found the exhaust wheel from my stock rear turbo lodged in front of my cat. If there's nothing compressing the air from both turbos the compressed air is going to come back out of the blown side because both the turbos compress the same volume.
