THE CAR IS FIXED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
After a couple thousand dollars and close to 100 hours of aggravation the miss is entirely gone. As speedfreak suggested I had a bad brand new Yellow Jacket coil. I bought a new one from performancewise a while ago (they were mega helpful btw, and offered to warranty the bad coil, I was just very pressed for time remodeling my house so I decided to just buy a spare. I highly recommend performancewise if you need anything). I played musical chairs with the new coil, swapping one at a time with the new one. And when I swapped cylinder #5 the miss disappeared! The bad coil looked 100% fine (it was practically new) so I'm not really sure what failed in it, but either way I'm happy. The car pulls like a freight train to redline now, much faster than it's ever been with the new 550cc injectors, bigger pump and tuned ECU. In a way I'm a little happy I had this problem because it led me to fix a LOT of little problems on the way to figuring out the big problem.
