I' don't think it can be that cause when you blow an IC pipe off, the throttle doesn't respond and the car slowly stops (no more acceleration)

That's what happened to me couple of times....

The coupling disloged from the metal pipe that goes through the front corner/passenger side so I'd have throttle with no issues until under boost where the pipe would lift and let boosted air out, throwing the MAF readings and making me suddenly bog and spew black smoke. The result was a jerking motion when I'd hit boost. Eventually it got loose enough that I couldn't hold idle.

Edit: After the huge bogging, it got looser, acting like a huge BOV. It seemed was just running N/A through the power band, then I got into the pits and lost the idle.

Timing is one thing i've never touched or played around with at all, how would i go about doing this?

        As for setup:
        -front mount intercooler
        -HKS boost gauge
        -HKS boost controller
        -HKS Blow off valve
        -Blitz Intakes

Check your base timing with a timing light. Mine was retarded alot!. Google how to check it on an rb26 its simple. Good luck.

Or take it to a tuner and ask them to check/set it for you

Have you checked the turbos themselves at all? Like mentioned above, are the wheels still spinning up? Or are they stopping completely? Possibly bad turbos/wheels? Any shaft play to them at all?

They start spinning up and then stop completely then start again one of them has very minimal shaft play when it was put in about 500km ago

The person i bought the car off has a valve controller installed, and i personally never touched it as the turbos blew a month after i started driving it, then i only got new ones put in 500km ago so i never bothered with it thinking it was set right.... so it was set at 1.4bar for stock turbos.... i figured it wasnt right so i googled and found they shouldnt be over .7 or .8 so i set them right and the problem went away instantly.... so whoever suggested the tuning was screwed, thank you!

                            Turbo shuffle. Welcome to twins.

Haha, yeah, i had this problem once when i was running sooo rich, not certain why but it was my timing, was set at 15 ATDC rather than 15BTDC

1.4 bar... Musta been fast! I ran 1.2 bar no issue on stockers so i guess that was their limit.
