Staggered Wheel Setup on a GTR - will this combo work?

Just out of curiosity, why are people wanting to go with such a small tire size in the front? Makes no sense to me..

Bringing this back up from the dead. How many people who are running staggered have a ets controller on their car. Do you also keep it on rwd most of the time and then switch it back to normal when you need it? Track, drag, etc.....
