Oil Change

If storing the car and not driving it, should remove sparkplugs and spray fogging oil down the bores to prevent rust from forming on the bores.
If a trackcar, would change oil before trackday and after trackday. With turbocharged engines they recommend every 3 months or 5000km (as mentioned above), but I change mine every 1000km or 3 months.
Have to take into account that the oil reaches high oil temps in a turbocharged engine, so can break down alot earlier than with a NA engine. But that depends on what oil you use, W30, W40, W50, etc. Stock engine clearanced for 5W30 oil (up to 100 degrees C), but when engine is modified the oil temps are higher, so would need W40 (up to around 120 degrees C) or W50 oil (120 degree C +, which would be on racetrack).RESPONSE MONSTER
