    winter ruins nice cars. you can brave it and hope for the best, but like a few of my friends that have drove their skylines in winter they wished they hadn't.

      Just take the kit off and throw cheap oem on for the winter. Or as someone else said, buy a horrible, horrible beater instead :P

        My car didn't have any rust when I bought it, now there's some rust here and there after winter driving for 2 years, and this is in/around Vancouver, where it barely even snows

          I hear yeah, I'm still a tad on the edge about it but after sitting the GTST this winter, and with the never ending thought of getting a second Skyline, most likely being a GTR, the though of enjoying the GTST while I have it seemed to start making more sense.


          Did a Rust proof help you much?

            Haven't bothered getting it rust proofed yet. I've only put 10,000km's on it since I bought it about 2 1/2 years ago. I figure the rust was there already, just hidden.
