rad installed now, and is ready to run (when I find a working battery)

Also the primed/sanded bumper was test-fit. Can't wait to have it painted white!

Haven't had much time to put the rad back on yet. I should have a vid of the exhaust tone soon.
I'm gonna need a tune in the spring to optimize these puppies.

How's it running with the new cams?? Much of a tune needed to run smooth?

top secret...Originally posted by MattRose View PostYeah where are the belt pullies from yo!
actually, a local member sold em to me and he didn't tell me where he got em from. These puppies are super light compared to stock steelies, and of course purple to match my HKS theme.
No... if you get drop-in cams you don't need to do any work to it. In fact, I think I was selling a drop-in Cam for an RB25Originally posted by cschepp View PostDid you have to do any head work to get the cams in? I'm needing to do cams so ease do let me know
Heat wrapped my turbo with DEI Titanium blanket and wrapped some parts of the exposed exhaust manifold runners.

Ok, a bit of update.
It's been slow because I've been having some problems with RHDJapan. More deets on that HERE
However, Adam@FEAST really stepped it up and solved all my problems. Thank you Adam!
I was going to originally go w/ 256/8.5mm intake cam but since that never ended up happening, I decided to go a bit bigger and take the problem as a blessing in disguise.
So I went with 264/9.0 HKS intake cam.

Here is a comparison of the stock, poncam and the HKS
240/7.8 vs 256/8.5 vs 264/9.0

264/9.0 vs 240/7.8 vs 256/8.5

Back where it belongs.

The newly finished covers are back on too

Timing belt jobs are stupid easy for me now
