Its been awhile guys. Now i have a Tomei 2.8L stroker and more goodies (new wheels, CF hood/trunk, lip, skirts, wing, nismo lip wing etc etc) She's not too bad for being garage built!
This winter Im doing HICAS lockout/delete, New Coilovers, RUCAs, A custom Tubular turbo manifold, A full surge tank twin 044 fuel system, Griffin rad/hoses, etc

You should sold this car and just go on with a gtr and swap that rb28 in there. I don't see the point of building a gt-s4 like a gtr. just get the real deal :P

sucks that 80% of the pics dont work or the video, but the last pics work here so nice to see the end result i guess ahha. but yeah man this thing is rad. well done for sure. im a fan.

Little part i left out during my absence. I had that built motor from B@llistic just got running. Within 1000 miles it failed in a major way. The clown that built it screwed me pretty good. after about 1000miles i heard audible knock (rod bearing) so we tore it out and tore up down (all in MY garage this time. last time i did eveything EXCEPT the long block build) and we found one spun bearing and a black rod that turned blue/gold/purple all the way up to the small end. Also ALL my main bearings were smooshed flat. some were thing as paper and were squeezing out between the girdle and crank. (the spun rod bearing was too.... it was crazy looking it was thin as paper and smooshed up past the filet and was flat on the side too. crazy!) Clearly this thing was crank walking because it was improperly thrust clearanced. It walked so bad that it was squishing the bearings back and forth and squeezing them out and i even found evidence of the crank kissing the girdle in one spot. Also the piston to wall clearance was off and i already have scuffing on the cylinder walls. Also the rings were ground down improperly (edges had angles instead of butting flush) The spun bearing totally ruined the crank. The crank walk totally ruined the main bore (you could see the main bores were smooshed just like the main bearings and they had little lip/burrs) So here i was with a freshly built motor and i had a ruined block, ruined rods (x2) and a ruined crank and bearings! I was livid. At this point I ended up getting the Tomei 2.8L stroker short block and starting over on my own.
