    Awesome! Looks great!

I ended up ordering EVERY bit of line/fitting/adapter from summit.. 300$ with second day delivery. I think it was 240$ for parts.. At any rate, it's generally the same as what you've done but with Earl's fittings and adapters..

Can't wait to see it running!

Edit; that includes my oil cooler lines and fittings as well (had to replace the line and 2 fittings on the block plate)

Yes thankyou Skym, I have Reflec-a-gold tape and I wanted to cover those aswell. Definatly dont want to have have to bust out the fire extinguisher skills.

Thankyou Marc, yea your probably good with custom lines by now having to redo oil cooler lines. Damn cheap porducts...... anyways so like myself who just hates making them I went locally to cut down on time/ The guys let me take home fittings to make sure everything fit. Cost of my lines cost more then yours but im still super happy.

Do you know where the worlds largest shopping mall is? Or use to be (Edmonton alberta) well its not there. Its 4.5 hours north west of there, bascily where the Oil rigs are:P

Just a quick note - your oil feed, is it restricted? And if not, what size line is that? -4??

I ALMOST ran an unrestricted oil feed @ -4 until i realized the oem orifice is a hair over 60 thou. Ideally (For a journal bearing turbo) you want to run approx 60 thou entry, and for a BB, even less.

I ended up using a dye to bring my OEM banjo-bolt oil feed to a 1/8th npt to fit the turbo, rather than fab a custom restrictor, then from there ran the oem steel line to the block since it paired up nicely... I plan to switch this for a banjo /braided line combo soon, but for now i'm more concerned with oil volume..

Next best option is buy -4 line and have an orifice built for it.. Either that, or have a restrictor press fit into your AN fitting into your turbo inlet (most ideal setup) since the pressure/ volume wont back up in the line.

Anyways, just something to think about.. Not sure if you covered it :P

FYI - Journal bearing is about 1/16 of an inch.. so between .060" and .065" ..
BB about .045" .. This is a function of oil pressure. The factory oil system pumps 80-90 psi on startup (due to oil viscosity coupled with cold start idle maps).. on boost is 60-65 psi generally speaking. So those sizes i posted above are right for that pressure... OEM orifice is 60 thou i believe, so it's a good gauge of what you should be using (but i believe your turbo is a bb cartridge?)

Good info, yes marc mine is -4 line. My turbo is BB and I talked directly to ATP (Honeywell Garrett) they told me and directed me to info on there site. They said aslong as I am operating at the stock 60-65 I do not need a Restrictor. I bought one before I even knew this info really so I wanted to also double check with my tuner, as I have both restrictive and non fittings with me.

The car will deffinatly be seening close to redline so hopefully I do it right the first time around:P

                  Wow, that's surprising...

If you think about the internal workings of a turbo, oil at that pressure will force the BB away from the shaft leading to an imbalance.. The reason bb don't require much oil is because they provide friction at all times, unlike journals, which separate from the shaft due to oil pressure. I find that very odd... -4 is HUGE, and i have yet to hear of an unrestricted bb setup... Usually its the opposite. As far as i know a journal setup can withstand considerable amounts of oil, since it strives for it.. But a bb setup.. very odd..

I pulled up a few honda-tech forums earlier on how guys were ending up with blown seals due to -3/-4 lines being unrestricted... I don't know a GREAT deal about this stuff but i'd certainly double check..

Definatly a miss comunication on my behalf after re reading the info and your statement. This is Directly off the GArret site so you are correct Marc.

                    From Honeywell GArrett Trubos:
                    Oil & Water Plumbing

The intake and exhaust plumbing often receives the focus leaving the oil and water plumbing neglected.

Garrett ball bearing turbochargers require less oil than journal bearing turbos. Therefore an oil inlet restrictor is recommended if you have oil pressure over about 60 psig. The oil outlet should be plumbed to the oil pan above the oil level (for wet sump systems). Since the oil drain is gravity fed, it is important that the oil outlet points downward, and that the drain tube does not become horizontal or go “uphill” at any point.

I bought both just incase, also I called Atp turbo back (where I bought my turbo) asked them the same questions. I must have got the 60-65 psi wrong as I was asking if it is possible to over run the seals on the BB turbo.

Thankyou for making me think twice man.

Been fine since 2009, in fact, GOOD.

Hey guys, been super busy with the car/ 2 jobs latley its been hard to update.

Didnt take a picture of everything as my digicam stoped working so I borrowed the roomates.

Lines all compete expect waiting on one Oil fitting into the block for the oil feed. ( I bought the wrong size)

                        Heres what I got done:

T3 Turbo Blanket and Heat Wrapped downpipe:

Intercooler piping all done with Bov/ tap and died hot pipe for vacuum line:

                        Twin electric fans mounted/wired:

HAd to mount one in front and one in engine bay due to geting lazy to cut/hack the PS hardlines. I would have but I need to focus on other things to be ready for tune date may 18th!

Custom intake pipe with Apexi Filter/Z32 maf:

Just enough room for the filter to clear my relocated PS res. Just a little bit of engine flex should be ok.

                        How she sits:

Baiscly putting fresh oil in and distilled water for the first start up the Apexi AP engeniering rb20 Power FC to check for leaks. Hoping and praying that I put everything back properly:P

Then the headlights/markers all the extras can go one and clean it up. SOOOOO close I cant wait. Been having car dreams for the last month.

Wow way to long of an update, I dont have a digi cam so I have been borrowing the roomates.

So many things have been fixed/ moved updated since May! Been driving the car lots as daily and at my closest Track. Hythe Motorspeedway.

Ill update with how the Dyno went and current up to date list of parts installed/ with review of how the install went and parts that I liked.

For now here is a Gro pro of one of my first runs at the track:

Dont mind the stall at the end:P Need to adjust clutch engage point under the dash:P
