i just came back from hong kong recently so i haven't touched my car in a good 5 months? not like i would if i was here anyway lol
but just prepping engine bay for paint now

c-unt and myself are doing the paint, we are trying out his new compressor
and naw, because bright green doesn't look quite right on something this boxy... bright colours only fit round cars like Porsches and FD's, and I guess Lambos namsayin.
This car not gon have a flashy colour, but I haven't made up my mind on it yet

Remember sourcing that white 32 years back. Had that tacky foam padding all over the cage. Looked good wtih GTR wheels on it.

And skirt maker as supplied to Charles are by Parts Station Duce.

Actually got shiz done today, dropped the engine in...

managed to barely scratch the new paint, only scratched the top-ish middle part of the firewall

A to do list for now (to remind myself):
- Actually bolt down the engine and tranny (we got tired and gave up after putting the engine in place lol)
- Clutch slave
- Align drive shaft
- Buy tranny fluid
- Buy a new tranny bolt because I'm missing 1...
- Fix wiring harness
- Complete turbo lines and reinstall turbo
- Valve cover makeover
- Fit rad/FMIC and fab new piping
- Fab + wrap new downpipe + manifold
- Replace rubber hoses and shiz
- Reinstall buncha random shiz that exist in the engine bay (PS pump, coolant tank, etc.)
- Install boost controller, turbo timer and gauges


probably forgetting a buncha shiz and won't actually get this done for another 4 years lol
