Thats a bomb coil pack cover, just be warned that it may melt your coil pack harness, like mine.
you can kinda see it in the picture.

it should be fine everything is still in mock up and fab the harness iS currently all blown apart and being redone to make it as plug and play into the car as possible . The coil pack harness and a few other one are all in high temp foil harness sleeves to avoid this . I cant see it being any worse than the stock plastic cover seeing as the alum will disapate heat better . Only time will tell lolLast edited by merkmerc; 03-14-2013, 10:23 AM.

Front of the engine at the top.
that's the back of the piece that was covering my coil packs and I'm not talking about the harness, I'm talking about the plastic connectors melting to the coil pack it traps heat if not vented.Last edited by Modb; 03-14-2013, 10:59 AM.Started rebuilding my skyline when i was 18

That look more of an under hood heat problem than just your covers fault seeing as the stock on is a seal to cam covers via rubber seal . This one has i think it was about .100 thou shims underneath it to keep it up high enough for appearence but should help allow more air to vent than stock but thanks for the heads up
