Hey bud, when you swap out the steering wheel, did you end up removing the airbag to get the steering wheel off? if so, was the torx screw on yours was easy to unscrew or tightened pretty bad? how were you able to loosen it up?

one torx stripped so I had to drill the head off to get the airbag out. Hence why i used the s15 airbag... couldnt get the screw out of the gtt one.

Did you just use a regular drill bit? and did you just drill through that metal piece of the torx ?

Well they are tamper proof torx heads, so u need the socket with the hole for the little tab in it. Once stripped I got a small drill bit (just about the size of the screw threads) and drill down threw the head till it popped off. Keep in mind this doesn't get the screw out. I just needed to get the airbag off.

Youre not going to match the paint on center console to the stereo, temperature control, and the gauges ?

                      Lets get this started.

                      Inners

Preserved some of the jdm stickers inside the gas door, then cleared over them.

                      rock guard and rust prevention.

now that's it for my lunch break, im going to get back at it.
