RB25 tranny in R32

hey guys. lets talk bellhousings??? ive heard about these but any truth to them

-the rb20 bellhousing will work with a ka tranny

-the rb20 or 25 bell housing will wrk with a z32 transmission

-is the n/a z32 tranny equilivant to the rb25 or is the tt model??

24. You CANNOT use the speed sensor of the RB25 since its electronic and RB20 uses a mechanical system. You need to get the one for the GTR. There is an info thread on this subject elsewhere.

to use a Rwd rb25det manual trans in an r32 use the gtr mechanical speedo drive. Before fitting it to the gearbox you need to change the gear on the end to the an "s" gear, the factory gtr gear is a "z" gear so won't mesh with the drive gear in the 25det gearbox properly.
