I'm guessing my R34 Neo 6 GTT turbo is most definitely ceramic exhaust wheel then hey? Damn. I had a feeling, but I was really hoping it was steel.

    I've been foiled.

alright i went through that issue a while ago. here is the result of a month of research and what i've currently done with my car.

Series 1 stock turbo can handle 1 bar all day long. Series 2 stock turbo can only handle a MAX of 12 pounds due to the plastic compressor wheel.

    The motor itself
As long as you have all the proper supporting mods it can do a MAX of 18 psi. Not the most reliable though in my books.

What i did with my motor, throw in some ARP head studs, oem head gasket, motor should be bullet proof to 24 pounds with all the supporting mods but be carefull. Any more than 450 Crank hp, apprx 400 wheel hp you max the internals can't take it anymore.

My car is setup with arp head studs, oem head gasket, 20 pounds of boost all day long, had it up to 23 on the dyno, and making 380 wheel hp after detuning on a mustang dyno which is approx a true 400hp wheel due to mustang dyno's reading a little low

It should be about 0.6-0.7 stock.
    Not sure about neo turbos.
i only understood the neo turbos to have the steel wheel? which can take around 1bar?

    What justifies this? I'm curious.

    10-11 your fine.

I found past 14 it begins to lean out on stock ECU.

My boost gauge reads around 70 or 80kpa. (10-11 psi).
Its a HKS gauge so I'm thinking its fairly accurate. ??? I'm just wondering , cuz obviously I don't wanna run it too high, and if I do, for how long would it handle the boost?

it has higher compression than RB20 so it won't take too much boost without making it reliable.

boost on the turbo if its not a neo is around 12psi depending on the tune.
but thats after FMIC turbo back exhuast intake ect.

on the motor around 450whp is all i would want to push max. but to be safe i wouldt go over 400.
