k so after going low in my car this year i have some camber in the back which is normal. i picked up some ams rear control arms, when going to install them should i have them adjust to something similar to where oem control arms are? Or where should they be set to start off at? is it kinda a guess and check process? like set them then set the car on the ground to check ?

I would suggest getting an alignment done if you haven't done it yet on your lowered suspension.

DIY way for the camber would be to make sure the car is on a level surface when adjusting your RUCAs and use a level on your rims to zero the camber. You can install them and adjust them while they're installed.

Mind you I would still suggest getting an alignment since toe and caster have probably been affected by the whole suspension change. DIY will set it in the ballpark to drive it there safely.

I have had a alignment done when i installed my suspension and dropping it abit. The summer i went even lower so i could use a alignment again. I thought i would wait till after i delete hicas and installing rear control arms. my plan was to get that stuff installed then adjust the rucas to where it needs to be and get a alignment. Was just wondering where to set the rear control arms.

In that case just install them and zero them out with a level. You can work out specific degres you want when you get your alignment done.

It's fairly straightforward. Screw / unscrew the adjustment bolt to the desired setting.
