You'll need someone with a similar car, engine and note the rough position of CAS to get engine started.

Also if cambelt is off by a tooth, engine could run rough and probably have starting problems. Compression test or removing top cambelt / timing belt cover and checking that cam gear marks line up with marks on backing plate behind camgears should help to confirm this.

the thing is after we did the timebelt we had to remove the cams and re adjust the belt from top only, so i guess the timing belt is off from the cams, what are the steps to take in order to set the timing from beginning?

shall i remove the belt and do it all again or just adjust the cams? im going to attempt to fix this tomorrow

          NEW UPDATE:

i decided to open and inspect the sparks and my coil pack, as it might be related to why the car turn but wont start, so i started the process of removing the top cover and i found that my coil pack is covered in oil, as there is leak from the top cover and its not visible until you open the coil pack cover, i started to remove the rail and i also saw there is oil covering the spark.

my question is could this be the reason?

Im going to play safe and replace the coil pack and also do sparks plug change and i hope this is the reason why it wont start.

will appreciate any input from you guys on the above

I will also replace the top gasket to make sure there will be any more leaks too

Ya thats a problem. Sounds like your valve seals could be worn out, does your car blow blue smoke out of the muffler?

nope, was just black smoke, i think its the top cover seals need to be changed, i will also look at the valves might as well, but do u think this is why the car is cranking but not starting? could it be the oil on the spark and coil pack?

It seems it was some oil on the sparks and have replaced those and she started without being in Limp mode
