I didn't get an alignment. the only thing you can adjust on an alignment for these cars is front toe. and i needed new tension rods to do so. so i won't go for an alignment till i get those on.

My car has a weird issue, from what is likely a previous accident.. My SAI is off -9 degrees on the left, 0 on the right. So with the car in perfect balance (Camber, toe, caster) i'm still pulling to the left. Basically this makes the car easier to turn left than right (hypothetically).
This is something to watch out for as well. What justifies this is the wheel setback, so wherever one wheel is in proportion to the other (so the front 2 and the rear 2, then the 2 rights and the 2 lefts, than diagonally across). They should all be separated by the same amount of space, and diagonally, it should be square. The SAI is determined by this setback, and in most accidents, is usually not fixable until the part is replaced. The part in question is the front caster arm mounting bracket which you'll see mounts to your subframe and lower rad support. This thing, bent even the slightest, can lend to a pretty annoying ride. You can account for it by adjusting your caster back to bring the wheel further back (correct setback) and then adjusting your toe and camber accordingly as both with be affected.
If you go to a proper alignment place, you'll see these values on your print out. The machines today are absolutely amazing..
Anyways, these are just things you should be aware of, and a side impact like that would likely put horizontal stress on the SAI causing it to be out of whack.Check out the GTST Projects page and keep up to date with my build!

When you get a proper alignment your best bet is to pay once - meaning get the rear uppers/front uppers/ tension rods and do it properly in one shot including ride height. It's worth putting around without an alignment and buying all these beforehand because it's not worth imo doing it again for the sake of swapping suspension components down the road.
Also, a lot of us dont realize, but adjusting ride height offsets the toe and caster like crazy. It can actually push you into the positives, meaning your wheels will be pointing out, rather than in, making an incredibly unstable and dangerous ride.Check out the GTST Projects page and keep up to date with my build!

West end tire on dugald road...honestly They put one of my 9 inch rims up front so i had to go back a second day to get them to straiten it out. was recommended to go to them by someone who is meticulous about his subaru and said they were the best.
Didn't like their customer service or their actual service. I had to explain everything to everyone 3 times.Originally posted by Paradis^^ hows not being rich going? ...haters be hatin
