Trim Removal Help

Hey, I got an R32 and want to remove the trim around the steering wheel to install a bass control knob in the blank square to the left of the wheel and a toggle to the right. The piece I need to remove is circled in red

Ok well my picture failed. If you can see it from that tiny pic, the part I need to remove is where the adjustable spoiler buttons are

very easy, just need a philips screwdriver.
just take a look at it and take ur time, and dont force anything means you missed a screw somewhere
