Can u watch the engine parameters as it runs in Nistune??? Can u log???
Have u tried to run engine with O2sensor disconnected??? Dont think it would make it stall tho.
Have u tried to test the engine temp sensor for the ECU???

i dont have nistune. thought there was nistune in the ecu that came with car but i took it apart and its just oem. got screwed.

about the two sensors you mentioned. apparently(from what ive read) when either one of them go bad your engine should actually run rich, and im running lean. i will unplug them one at a time and see if there is any change.

so ive been trying to set my idle speed for the longest time. its a mix between it not being set right and a rough idle.
i set the signal voltage on the tps to 0.5 with ignition on(engine not running)
with the IACV electrical unplugged i can adjust the the screw to get my desired idle speed(aiming for 1000rpm for now) and it has decent throttle response. then when i plug the IACV electrical back in the engine spikes up to 2000rpm and im pretty sure this isnt supposed to happen. the rpm adjustment screw on the ecu does absolutely nothing, and even if it did its only for a 250rpm adjustment(according to the fsm book)

could the IACV be broken itself?? i had taken it apart and cleaned it with carb cleaner during the build.

I"m having the same problems as well mine would stay at 1200 and out of nowhere it will jump to 2000 but I haven't tried adjusting my tps yet and it's a good thing I found this thread because I was just about to ask what i can do or if someone can send the link for "DIY cleaning AAC valve and adjusting the tps.

-the fuel pump wiring has not been re-done.. u talking about the write up nelsonmx did? but the pressure seems fine besides it being a little high.
That could be part of the problem. I think factory wiring provides 12V? vs through relay (relay has a magnet that is switched on, off by ECU and that magnet switches on the switch inside relay that provides voltage to fuelpump from battery) with around 14-15volts????

Deatschwerks sell a hardwire kit (but I think you mentioned that you hardwired the fuelpump???) -

Also, have you checked coolant temp sensor for ECU??? The fact that it does it after engine has warmed up points towards that sensor, but usually it's excessively rich during cold start, but can be lean during cold start.

Only other things I can think at this moment in time is tune is out, FPR is faulty (pulling vacuum hose to FPR should make A/F ratio richer).

Would be easier if you can monitor injector duty cycle, o2 sensor voltage, coolant temp, etc via Nistune and take video of screen. That usually tells you volumes about what is happening with ECU side of things.
