Well, thanks for the reply to my email..
I sent an email with the list of parts i requested, with the MSRP and 15% off like Joe mentioned, just to clarify pricing and receive a shipping quote to Montreal.. Never bothered to respond.
Terrible customer service. You ask them a question, and you receive a shady, half-as$ed response. Through 2 emails, i still didnt understand the concept of how to go about placing my order, all i was told was that it was 15% off msrp off Tomei's listing. So what? I remove 15% and send a random payment? At least take the time to confirm pricing on your end so we can make a legitimate transaction. Last thing i wanted was to get caught saying, "oh btw you owe us xxx$.. You didn't calculate right etc" Not to mention, i couldn't calculate a shipping quote because their site doesn't even host RB20 parts.
Anyways, terrible business ethic. If you want customers, at least have the decency to respond to their emails; especially when they're buying 1500$ worth of parts.
I'd rather pay retail than buy through PHR..Check out the GTST Projects page and keep up to date with my build!

On the contrary to this, Joe has been lightning fast on Email replies for me and getting all the proper information for the questions I've had and an invoice email in no time with all payment options/info. I strongly disagree that it's a company problem but rather an isolated incident maybe?
