I kinda wish you left a message on the yahoo boards telling everyone where it was going to be moved to

I had to go search for the yahoo boards, then I found it on winnipegheights

I wouldn't mind driving a GTR in the Winnipeg winters because it means that I have already recieved a GTR ...........................which would then be promptly stored once a decent snowfall sticks around...

It's no problem, it's gotta be better than my Spec V in winnipeg winters. I mean AWD MUST play into factor somehow

I'll be driving mine next winter. I mean if it's a crazy snow storm I won't be going anywhere or take a different car. I'll be getting a new paintjob on it in the spring anyways.

being as the GTR will (probably) be my only car it wil have to be driven in the winter.....it sure beats my MC ...buuuuuuurrrrr

A good set of winter tires and crappy wheels will fit the bill.

Man :/ I'd buy some old beat up car for winter at least!! I'd rather be driving slowly and safely with a beat up cavalier with all season tires, than drive a Skyline and risk it's condition.

Maybe if I had more money, I'd keep my Spec V for winter driving.

But honesty I can't AFFORD to insure two cars.

                    I'm a student, I'm turning 20 in april, I can't afford stuff like that.

What did I scare you (yes I WILL BE driving the GTR in winter) I see no problems with that, unless if I get some crazy money it'll be a all-season car.

Some good wintertires + steelies and it should be good.

I mean It can't be anyworse than my Spec V with FWD and so-so wintertires.

I really wanted to keep the Spec V to drive in winter, but insuring two cars is expensive and maintance etc...gets to be a hassle.

I have no problem with you driving an R32 during winter, I don't recommend it though if it's your dream car Besides, maybe by the time your ready to order, you'll have to wait for the right GTR to show up for sale, and by then you'll have enough money for a winter beater or something? Only time will tell bro!

yea i'm in sorta the same situation as daemos
i would keep my wrx for the winter but paying around $4000 for insurance for both cars is a tad too much and it sucks owning 2 cars at the same time, i did for about 3 months last year

can't you switch over to storage insurance on one car instead of keeping it on full insurance coverage? You can still have theft and fire on storage insurance, just can't drive it.
