There is no way in hell I am driving my GTR in winter. NO WAY IN HELL. With all the moron drivers on the road. I don't wanna **** my car up, and pay insurance and all that ****. Not to mention that these cars weren't built with rust protection to Canadian standards. And yes, here in Winnipeg, the 2 weeks where I was in Mexico enjoying the sun, it was -50 here. Like normal cars had trouble in this cold, how would the GTR stand up? Do they even have block heaters? And lets not forget all the lovely sand and snow on the road. And all these people bitching about a beater and 2 insurances and so forth. Come on, I am not made of money, but I'm not gonna sacrifice my GTR. I currently don't have a car, and I need one, so I'm picking up a 90 4 dr sunbird with 130,000 kms in great shape and safetied for $1,800. Cheap, and insurance won't be much. I'm gonna sell this once I get my GTS-T in May. But I'm sure I can get another beater come fall. And insurance, you just change it to storage which is alot cheaper. So money wise, no biggy. And my parents live just outa town and have 1 heated shop, 1 warehouse with a cement floor, and 1 warehouse that is dirt floor. And they are massive. So I will be storing my car there. And I am offering free/cheap storage for upto 2 additional Skylines in Manitoba. I may be able to take more, but I'd have to check with my dad LOL. Anyways, even with AWD, there is still no way I'd drive the GTR. Don't wanna ruin the paint.
