    Let's say for argument's sake it's a 200lb difference. All of that weight is located below the center of gravity, a good thing. A good portion of that weight is also located in the center of the car, also good. Drift wise, I think you would be hard pressed to notice a difference in handling. If anything the car would be more predicable transitioning from side to side with that low front/center biasing of that extra 200lbs.

    Now seeing the excellent cond. of your GTR (I have seen it in person) I will respectfully tell you NOT to drift that car very much. One wall kiss and you will never forgive yourself. I would just disable the AWD instead of disecting a primo GTR. Or do what I did and buy a rattier GTR and no-one will give a crap what you do.

      Jon you make a super good point...

      not to mention the amount of bod work going into it this summer...new paint and body kit...

      hitting the wall is a important factor to take into mind...and it is one of the points that is making me want to keep the AWD and avoid drifting...

      buttttt...i dunno...i cant decide...

      ill go with what the poll results say though :-P

        The main editor at Drift Tengoku runs a BNR32 drift car. Recently went through a lot of suspension settings in last months magazine. MFR roll center, MFR tie rod ends, hicas delete and more. I'll search for some photos of it. Nice deal is he lives at the next station over.

            hmm drift will **** up ur car pretty well. If its mint (clean) and u want to keep it that way.... dont drift it. Expect broken parts (even though u build ur car to drift.... cars are still not designed to go sideways), dents, wall taps etc etc.... but damn its so fun

              Buy a Beater GTS-T.. with a RB20..

              Theres that one in NWT for $4000k,,

              Have that as your Drift Slut.. and call it a day..

                dont have room for 2 cars...its either sell GTR and get a drifto car...keep gtr and AWD...or go RWD

                  if u care that much about the car that it needs to be put away.... dont drift it hehe

                  and trust me if ur gonna get into drift.... not the best idea to do it in a daily.... what if ur on the track and break sumthing.... then u have no way of getting around. Use the bus tokens homey

                    haha i have a U pass free bus...

                    deep down though....i cant afford the insurance on two cars...

                    plus i still live with the rents...and if i got another car...they would not be to happppppyyyyyy...

                    but if i had a drift slut then i would drive it every day...and if i crashed...then well...bus time..

                    however this isnt about selling the car...this is about RWD or AWD....

                      If you want to drift I would recommend a cheap drift bitch on the side. Get a 240 shell like everyone else. Throw a good motor in there if you want. That way you can just swap it out into another cheap shell if you trash it

                        I heard you can install a switch in the fuse ciurcut that controls the switch to turn on the front wheels. If what i was told is true, you could have a switch from awd to rwd. probably untrue but would be cool. i want to try this when i finally finish my gtr.

                                If you want a drift slut go buy a POS 240 and go have some fun with it. Then you won't feel like **** when you put into a pole like you know you will. Little difficult to get them sideways with that shitty 4 banger.
