Well the fact is that some one in Richmond was selling licences to people who could not pass a drivers exam, that’s the problem, I don’t think any body cares what color they are, I only care because I got smoked at a stop light by some retard going 75KM (in a 50) and wrecked my neck, back and leg, to this day my neck clicks every time I turn it and I can feel only half my left leg ..... not to mention totalling my sweet GC impreza
So now I have to live with this for the rest of my life because some one from Richmond could not drive a car properly.... thats fair right?
