Should go down to the Stop-and-Go Ricer Fly-by store at the mall and pick up a tiny tape-on 'hood scoop'. Then cut open the coil cover, and slap that baby on. Then maybe find some exhaust vents (also in the 3m applied isle) and then you got an outlet.

Less jokingly, Im sure a fibreglass place can do this for you, as they usually can work with carbon too. Or even a metal fab shop. Just base it off a OEM coil cover and go from there, not a bad idea and could be improved upon the picture above.

Yeah it kinda looks like crap. From the guys album, it looks like it's written "MJ Performance" on top of the cover, which appears to be a small shop in Belfast New Zealand.

On other pictures in his album, the decal on top changes to what looks like "Perfection, Perfect-Touch.com" or something like that.

              Definitely looks custom.

The idea is there..but it just looks horrible.

Why not drill into the factory one, and put a little air scoop or something? keep the good look, and the 'Skyline GT-R' LOL

the real question is " how much cooling does it need?" and " how much cooling are you gonna get from a tiny lil scoop/vent?"

i think it has the potential to look cool but is not a neccessary add on... definetly a "ricer" type of mod IMHO

Needs a depiction of a "breeze" on the inlet side, something like 3 lines-parallel, that resemble this; ~. Then it'd cool..

                    Epic fail..

I'll fab up a CF coil pack cover this winter. Will look like stock but with slits/vents all along with our company logo built in.. ie. entirely for show, and to serve absolutely no cooling purpose whatsoever.. The closest youre going to get to moving the stagnant coil pack air is by removing the cover entirely.. IMHO, there's no better alternative.
