falcon layin' down the smack down.

You can't just add power mods, you have to do all the peripheral/support mods as he said.

gotta pay to play in this game.

I don't agree with this calculation. Zulu's GTR was running 700CC SARD injectors and at 28PSI and 528AWHP the injectors were practically 100% duty cycle. I think the math is a bit off, I would say 600CC is closer to 475AWHP.

Once you take a drive in a 400AWHP you'll quickly realize how intense it is and you really don't need a ton more for a DD/weekend track machine.

I agree with falcons last post

if you could have a ride in a 400 AWHP GTR
you'd soon realize that its plenty to have fun with.

actually you'd probably shout some expletives and then be like

This is absolutely true. I got a ride in an R32 GTR that I believe the owner said has 275whp on a mustang dyno (300 and something on a dynojet I guess?) and that car HAULED. Like, fast.

                      400 would be... Scary.

Here is what I have done and I can tell you it was a little more than 2k in mods:
                        -rb25
                        -725cc injectors
                        -dual entry fuel rail
                        -upgraded oil pump
                        -greddy intake manifold
                        -q45 throttle body
                        -top mount turbo manifold
-going with a billet turbo a little bigger than a gt35
                        -external waste gate
                        -custom downpipe
                        -aeromotive fpr
                        -tomei fuel pump
                        -yellow jacket coil packs
                        -greddy fmic
                        -tomei belt
                        -tomei head gasket
                        -arp head studs

And there is more but I can't remember it off the top of my head. I don't know what kind of power I will hit but I can tell you one thing, next year I'm doing forged internals and making sure the engine is done right! Rb motors start to take shiits at anything higher than 500hp so be careful. Also man with an rb26 you should be able to hit your goals a little easier than me but I imagine the awd will just rock your world at that power.
Miss driving sooooo bad! Need to get a car on the road ASAP!

I'd guess you'll be ok with 400whp, especially on a questionable 20 year old engine.
And what do RBs shiit after 500hp,other cars?

Lol franc your hilarious. I will try for a little more than 400whp but like I said if the engine blows then it just gets built with forged stuff and then I will change a couple other things like the fuel pump, injectors and maybe oil pump. Then I will run alot more than 500

heh, glad you liked that. I know you'll get more. I'm just jealous of those who car make big power on stock bottom ends because I was brainwashed into believing my 20 year old minty engine would not handle it too well. I do believe this I guess, which is why I went so nuts, this way, there ain't no reason I can't make 500whp... other than gearbox.

I hope you do make some videos of that sick RB25 though
