It's pretty awesome seeing the 32s enter US borders again. It can only help the community as a whole to foster more owners on this side of the pond.

Watkins Glen. Never ran the GT-R there, but ran the Scions in World Challenge there 2010.
Good luck, have fun.

What's my opinion?
Well, I've seen a lot of stupidity on GTRC in the last (almost) 10 years. But this idiocy is next level.
It's nothing more than slander and defamation and really has no place here, or NICO or anywhere. Why would any sane person sell their car for less because they don't want to have others line their "pockets with greenbacks" I can't think of a more ridiculous crusade and you might want to emigrate to a communist country because people are making money all around you and from you right now.
No one can believe you put your car up for auction and complained it went too high... to a guy who has been putting on a clinic shutting down shady importers.
... but even more ridiculous is starting beef with Sean.
Sean Morris has probably forgotten more than you know about Skylines and done more for the community in North America than you could in 10 lifetimes.

More idiocy from R32D2:
"I have a home shop with a hoist, and you or your agents are welcome to come and fully inspect this exceptionally clean driving machine. If you have any further questions, I’d be happy to answer them. For the successful bidder, I will do whatever I can to help you with the import process of having a U.S Customs Brokerage inspect the vehicle at a U.S. Port of Entry ( I’ve done this before), and with your shipping needs if necessary .This vehicle can be imported NOW for Show or Display uses, provided it is not driven more than 2,500 miles per year, or if it is used for off road/track racing only, until December 2014 when it can be licensed as a 25 year old vehicle. It is located close to Seattle Washington. There are three ferries that will get you here. I am a retired senior, and able to help with your transportation needs. Word on the forums is that the price of these cars will soon skyrocket, so it is also a sound investment."
Problem #1: Importing your run-of-the-mill R32 as a "Show or Display" car would be illegal. Since the only chassis qualified cleared to do that were the 500 1990 Nismo cars. Guess who pioneered that to be possible? Sean Morris.
Problem #2: "Word on the forums is that the price of these cars will soon skyrocket, so it is also a sound investment?" Really? I thought you were against anyone profiting off these cars and hate seeing people getting "screwed" yet here you are clearly suggesting others profit from your sale, just not Sean Morris because someone emailed you and said he is a bad guy. A person you don't know, a person who very well could be one of the shady imported circumventing the law (like you suggested in your for sale pitch)
Problem #3: Your car gained attention because it's blue. Don't get excited and think it's anything special. Buyers could find similar cars from Japan for less and store them in Canada until build date... which is legally what should have been done with your car anyway... so what makes it special> Nothing.

Hahaha funny thread, 1 Person against a Thousand.. Ok seriously stop now he is clearly beaten here.
Tho I am curious on the phrase "Word on the forums is that the price of these cars will soon skyrocket" its that clearly pointing towards only at the GTRs? or Skylines ? Hahaha cause I own a GTT only

True that...
Is there some kind of stipulation that the cars must be 100% stock to be eligible even under the 25 year rule. Is that true? I thought I read something somewhere about that but can't find where I read that and haven't really read that anywhere else in my poking around. I may decide to sell my 1990 next year...but it is far from stock.
Jon.Why don't you come over to MySpace and Twitter my Yahoo untill I Google all over your Facebook.
1990 GTR Drag Special T88H34D 11.24 @ 127.55mph at only 1.2bar...... officially. SOLD
