Air rises to the top so i would bet you still have alot trapped that you will never get out no matter how much you bleed them. For the time and money it looks like you have tied up I would put the brakes on the proper side. It looks like an amature/back yard build if the builder dosen't know brake bleeders go to the top
everything else looks top notch. Maybe not very many people will notice your calipers are on upside down

If a shop did it I would have them fix it for sure that is a rookie mistake. Which shop? Project Omega?
