Hey everybody Im Brett and I am 19 and i work at a car lot as well as go to school. I am looking into buying my first car and I am pretty positive its going to be a gts-t. Nothing to high tech just that I have loved skylines since i was 12 and now that i have physically been in a few I want one even more. Even though they are 1991 that have incredible interiors as well as technologies that are only recently creeping into the american car now. Such as collapsible mirrors with a button and one-touch windows. Its just an awesome car and i figured i should join the group for help for if and when something goes south.

Why am I here: I have been into cars since my pops brought me to his races and had me in his pits from age 5. with his racing career and friends like Hurley Haywood, Peter Gregg and my godfather John Graves i was destined to be enthralled with autosport. and i have. i have owned everything from us v8 muscle to my 1985 honda crx si. my passion is Honda with my 862whp ls/vtec turbo 99 civic hatchback but i had the rare opportunity to purchase a US LEGAL 1990 R32 GTR for super cheap and i couldnt pass up a chance to own Godzilla. shes a little rough around the edges so i am here to get her cleaned up and refreshed. What she deserves. ill be posting the pics and WTB list in the parts forums. thank you for having such great support for us U.S. guys.

Why am I here: I'm here because I am very interested in purchasing a Skyline GT-R. I have been into cars ever since I got my 82 prelude (lol) and I got interested in mechanics after I got my 86 daytona turbo Z. The turbo Z was a mess, but the feeling of a turbo really got me going. I then went down the honda road while living in BC. I purchased a EG-6 for 600 bucks and dropped a D15b vtec motor into it. Now I have more money, and my lust for Japanese machines is as strong as ever. I wish to pickup a GT-R and experience what a real turbo is.

Why am I here: Even thought I don't own Skyline or any other kind of Nissan for that matter.....these cars just interest me in general. My real passion is for Mitsubishi.....I drive an 03 Eclipse GT by the way :P.....i guess i'm a little biased lol. Even though I prefer Mitsubishi.....I wouldn't be surprised if one day i join over to the dark side. I'm actually good friends with ARC240 who is a well known member on GTRC and IMO probably has one of the cleanest S13s that I 've ever seen,it haz an RB20DET in it if you're wondering . Hopefully I plan to get into the whole DSM thing in the next year or two.
