So you would like your car detailed but you don't know where, how, when, who !? Well, I can do it!
My experience:
Worked for many detailing center.
Worked at auction ( prepping car for sale)
Prepped all car for Mercedes, chrysler, jeep, dodge, fiat for the Montreal Auto-show 2011 and 2012
Detailed a good load of cars LOL
Won Autogeek best of show 2010
Some of the car I detailed are in the latest Chemical guys Celeste Dettaglio V2' ads on their website.
Ambassador for Raceglaze UK products.
Own a signature wax made under my name ( only 4 other jar in the world, only one in NA to own it)
Also own highly-regarded Swissvax Crystal Rock and Zymol Royale / Vintage wax.
I've been spotted twice on frankiman build thread hahaha! Frank can vouch my work also!
My detailing thread on gtrcan: ( you will see that from the beggining up to the lastest page, I made big improvement!)
Epic Skyline GTR beeing restored to showroom state:
Procedure:
- I'm willing to drive somewhere in Ontario and stay there for 7 days. Either I drive to every single member's garage or someone rent me his garage for 1 week and everyone get their car detailed there ( would be easier for me).
How much times does it takes? I usually takes between 5 to 30 hours to detail a car. Obviously, if I do 2x 30 hrs detail, I will only do 2 car in a week. Honestly, I rather do 1 days detail and be able to do 3-7 cars at a shot.
Pricing:
I don't want to make insane profit out of it, it's more like a happening and a way to help/meet members out of the province!
Considerer I have to drive 15 hours at 10$/hr, we have to spread 150$. Motel? I doubt I can find anything under 50$/night. Food? Umm let say 30$/day. Price of my product also. All these details can be worked when times comes tho, because I could always sleep in my car LOL
Here's what I usually charges : 220$ ( for a 3 hours job). 280$ ( which is my #1 picked up combo, it's a 2-step polishing exterior detail and takes about 5 hours).
and when it comes to showroom detail, I usually ask 350$ / day and take between 2 to 4 days to complete it.
I said usually, because depending on how much people jump in, I will adjust my pricing so everyone gets a better-deal and I have enought to cover my expense!
When? I could be free starting july 1st.
Any one interesting ?? I choosed ONTARIO first as it's closer to me but if things work out great, I will be more than glad to do a second run this summer, and a third if run 2 works also great. This doesn't means I have no interest for other province, if there's enought interest why not !? ( I'm just worried about travelling fees and carrying all my products)
Thanks!
