Since this is sold now, I wouldn't be detering any sort of sale so I have to ask...

Why is the RB30 so expensive?

              Can make lots of power?

              Easy to maintain? (doubt this)

              Drag or track purpose?

              Someone please explain, tried Google.

1 Lots of custom parts that won't work in other RB's and custom parts to adapt awd
2 Larger displacement = more bottom and mid range torque
3 Unfortunatly no, it's still an RB
4 yes... and pulling stumps if the tractor won't start!

1 its not that bad, no more money than a 26
2 what, 1400hp not good enough for you?
3 because you can make 1000hp without reving her to 9000 it will last a very long time
4 it can be for anything you want, just like a 26

Patrol? thought rips used Holden engines lol

                          On a serious note:

                          Are the pistons coated?
Are the turbo oil and coolant feed/drains available? (using low mount twins)

Any Current pictures so I can see what is selling?

                          Thanks...

So this would happen.... After I sell my engine I get a lot of pms and emails about it. The engine is officially sold to another GTRCer who I hope will have as much fun as I did building and runnin the engine.

Sorry I should've updated this thread a while back.

Sorry for the inconvenience, but for those now with the cash available, RIPS now has RB33s and 34s I believe...

                            Just a little idea =P

well greddytrustGTR you sold such a beautiful engine, i actually just bought my rb30 block a couple months ago and about to start buying some parts, but the way you built yours is identical to what i was planning on doing with mine, sucks i couldnt just buy yours. its a lot of money at one time. but good build.

do you have any videos of it? i wana hear this beast run! lol
