The upgraded brakes make up the bulk of the price premium. The awesome paint job won't make it faster, as much as I wish it did. I would estimate 7:22-7:28..

The aftermarket has produced faster R35's, for less money to boot.

In the racing world dropping 300lbs with better brakes is like driving a totally new car. Regardless the R35 is still incredibly overweight. Dropping 300lbs in a R35 isnt as substancial as dropping 300lbs in say a R32.

...something like this perhaps: "Nope, Nissan is lying! False time, we saw them, they used NOS!!!!"

Porsche should ease up and stop embarassing itself..you know you're compensating for something when you're complaining and making obnoxious claims left and right..someone else has made a better, faster car, deal with it, move on..

Same deal with Audi and the LA billboard war.

I believe a 5 lap shootout is in order. We'd have the answer in just under 40 minutes.

Bring a ZR-1 and Viper ACR there too just so it's not boring to watch.

Not sure if any of them hold enough fuel for 100+KM of all-out but I guess that would just add to the fun. Same with if the tires would last.
