Ok guys, come on, I agree that the letter was a little "over the top", but let's simmer down.

CD Guy, like others have suggested, your best bet is to scrap the letter and approach him in person with a calm, level head, be nice and have a proper conversation. Throwing insults at him and criticizing his taste in mods (although you truly might not like them) is just going to instigate a fight. Using a letter as a buffer to get your point across isn't all that effective either, I find that people take you seriously when you speak with them face to face. I really don't think the guy's purposely bombing it down the street thinking "HAHAHA...I wonder how many people I can wake up" so cut him some slack. Approach him, explain your problem, ask him to kindly take it easier while leaving/returning to his house at early hours and don't give attitude. I'm sure he'll understand and quiet it down. Also, I wouldn't tell him that everyone else is complaining, I'd tell your neighbors that are also having the same problem to address him privately as you did, this way, if he sees how many people are being affected by it, he's more likely to stop. There's no purpose trying to pick fights dude, only going to come back to bite you where it hurts. My $0.02 anyway.

Wow, haha theres a fanclub out west that jumps on each post you make. after reading what everyones said, I agree with falcon, about the only touching on the exhaust. thats like an old schooler with a '70 chevelle coming up to you and ripping on all the jdm tyte rides in your driveway just because of what they are. and i also agree with pretty much everything else said, confront him in person.
      Victory is on the horizon..

If I was the person receiving such a letter, you wouldn't want me to come confront you in person, especially since you're the kind of guy to hide behind letters over stupid @%@$... Don't waste your time with this letter, kinda childish... Even if you "use" to own a gtr which you don't for some reason, there's no need to remind someone of all the old beaters you've owned.

To all their own I guess.
