  • Keep this in mind too...
After 23 years worth of fun and excitement, The Atlantic Nationals Automotive Extravaganza is proud to be one of the largest shows in Atlantic Canada!

Could do a meet there. I could get in touch with the Zclub pres. They do a big meet, could get in with them or if we have enough confirmed Skyline owners I'll contact the organizer and see if we can get a reserved spot. Need to know ASAP.
If we have a few that express interst here I'll start a new thread.

    • I wont be able to do the nationals if you setup something, I'll be presenting a conference in Italy around the same time

EDIT: Also I'm getting pretty serious about tracking, I'm considering moving back at my parents for a couple month to have the garage full time and to finish writing my thesis until I get a job in another city. I'm getting a hard time finding a decent helmet though. As for the FP it's whining at idle (it's still on the variating pulse). I already have a Walbro for replacement.

It's about my thesis on nanofluids, can't go into detail but yeah it's pretty cool. BTW, PM me if you know where I could find some nice helmets for around $250.

Man if you want to change the fuel pump, we could do it pretty much any week end.
(I already had 2 walbro in the shed, if I would have known you needed 1) lol
Just let me know, should have the week end off for the next 2-3 weeks.
You never know we might get other stuff done at the same time

Still have to order the complete hicas eliminator kit and install it on mine.

Still haven't got a response from Andre ( for a price on all of the oil ). I guess I'll have to give him a call.

                • Dude did you check out the warehouse? There is NO WAY we can work on the car before summer. I litterally could only reach it with my arms extended and legs caught in a 914's bumper, it's completely packed in there!

But I seriously could need some help when I take the car out for fresh engine oil before I drive to Bathurst The pump and other fluids could be done a the same time too. Oh and for your order, make sure you have some 50 weight engine oil in there too, I'll drain the 30 and put 50 in right before tracking cause the 30 will never hold up to the heat soak.

EDIT: For people who don't know, I need help with the oil change because I don't have a jack. Don't start thinking I don't know how to do an oil change lol!

                    • Not 100% sure but I think he might still have it. I haven't been home much and haven't spoken to him in awhile. I can check if req'd.
I'm planning for the Natls so consider that a heads up. As far as the track schedules go I'll post them on here as soon as they are available. You can also log on to the ARMS website yourself.

                      • Im sure I could make it to the nationals, it would be awesome if we could get a bunch of Skylines together. I really wanted to get to the track this year but I don't think its going to happen. I might try some autocross though, I hear they do a little at the track in Geary?

                        • I think that's where the do it. Again check the ARMS website out. There is a lot of AutoX between Fredricton and Moncton.

They're just the generic walbro 255lph fuel pump, had a buddy that needed money, so bought a brand new one he had, then he was parting his car and bought the one he had in it (doubt he even drove more than 1000 km on it). (They are for a side project I have, don't really want to sell if I don't need to)

Seriously for the price of them, about 100$ delivered, they are a really cheap setup. The only thing you have to watch out for is cheaper imitation. (There is plenty of vid showing the difference on youtube).
